Celebrate the season at the Fuquay-Varina Christmas Parade, a beloved Christmas tradition that winds its way through the heart of the Historic Downtown Fuquay District.
With over 80 festive floats and dazzling vehicle displays, this magical parade draws thousands of spectators from Fuquay-Varina and surrounding communities.
Come enjoy the wonder, the lights, and the spirit of Christmas brought to life right here on Main Street! 🎅

PARADE REGISTRATION

Your participation helps bring holiday magic to our community while showcasing your group to thousands of parade spectators.
Writing Musician & Film Society - $100
Members of the Writing Music & Film Society receive a discounted parade entry fee as part of their membership benefits.
Chamber of Commerce Members - $100
Businesses or organizations that are current members of the Chamber of Commerce are also eligible for the discounted parade entry fee.
Non-Members – $200
This standard fee applies to all businesses, organizations, or individuals who are not currently members of either the Writing Music and Film Society or the Chamber of Commerce.
Nonprofit Organizations – $75
Registered nonprofit organizations may participate at a reduced fee to help support their involvement in this community event.
Float Rental (Optional) – $800
If you do not have your own float, you may rent one for an additional fee. Float rental includes basic setup and preparation for parade use.
Presenting Sponsor $3000
- Naming rights for event. Parade banner/signage with logo.
- Up to 4 seats on the reviewing stand.
- Signage on Santa’s sleigh.
- Announced recognition from the reviewing stand as presenting sponsor and as sponsor for Santa.
- Logo on event website and announcements on social media during live/recorded video,
- One complimentary float entry in the parade, or a $100 discount on float rental
Reindeer Sponsor $1500
- Parade banner/signage with logo.
- Up to 2 seats on the reviewing stand.
- Announced recognition from the reviewing stand.
- Logos on event website and announcements on social media and during live/recorded video.
- One complimentary float entry in the parade or a $100 discount on float rental
Elf Sponsor $1000
